Slide 6 – Creating a Service Ticket

A new Service Ticket can be created from numerous screens within StreamlineIT.

When creating a new Service Ticket, defaults are pulled from:

  • The Service Board setup
  • The Company defaults

Before saving a Service Ticket:

  • Write a summary
  • Put additional information in the Initial Description and Notes fields
  • Assign a resource and schedule them, if necessary
  • Update defaults where changes are needed
