Slide 10 – Dispatch Portal Overview

 
The Dispatch Portal is a view of all scheduled:

  • Service Tickets
  • Project Tickets
  • Activities
  • Appointments

Schedule views can be:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Rolling weekly
  • Monthly
  • 90 Days

Scheduled items can be firm or tentative. This is based on the status of the item, which is defined in the setup tables. Tentative time allows users to set aside time on their schedule but allows other users who view the Dispatch Portal to know that the resource has not been committed to the scheduled time.
